As Freenome’s Chief Financial Officer, Greg leads all aspects of Freenome’s global financial functions and capital markets strategy.

Greg joins Freenome with over two decades of corporate finance, capital markets, and financial accounting experience. Most recently, Greg was Chief Financial Officer at Frontier Medicines, where he led financing activities, strategic operations, and administrative functions as a key member of the senior leadership team. Prior to Frontier, Greg was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Aptose Biosciences Inc., where he led all finance and accounting functions and was instrumental in business development, clinical development, and clinical trial activities. Prior to Aptose, Greg spent 14 years in investment banking. He served as Managing Director and Director of Private Placements at Wedbush Securities, and before that, he held senior roles at RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities. Greg began his career in public accounting at BDO Seidman.

Greg received his MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, with an emphasis in Accounting, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the state of California.
