As the Senior Vice President of Accounting, Andy Rochon leads the accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls functions for Freenome.

Andy joins Freenome with 20 years of experience building and managing accounting and financial reporting operations within the life sciences and biotechnology industry. Prior to Freenome, Andy served as Vice President of Accounting at Myovant Sciences, where he established and led the accounting, SEC reporting, and internal controls processes for the company during a period of transformational growth. At Myovant, Andy built the accounting operations infrastructure to support the launch of three commercial products. Previously, Andy held leadership roles at Medivation (acquired by Pfizer) and Talecris Biotherapeutics (acquired by Grifols).

Andy began his career with Ernst & Young and is a certified public accountant (inactive), and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.
